How it actually works
- Nothing ships until we have confirmed the piece is in stock and you have paid.
- US orders go out within two working days of payment, tracked.
- Ghana orders travel in a consolidated run rather than one parcel at a time, that is what keeps the cedi price where it is. We will tell you when the next run leaves before you pay.
- Anywhere else, we quote the cost on WhatsApp first. No surprises after payment.
If something goes wrong in transit
Once a parcel is with the carrier we no longer control it, but we do chase it. Send us the tracking number on WhatsApp and we will follow it up with you rather than pointing you at a website. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace or refund it.
